The contractor works at the construction site next to QTTT.

Physical appearance[]

The contractor is a young male with brown skin, a narrow, pointed chin and short, black hair. His work uniform consists of a long-sleeved brown collared shirt under a bright-orange safety vest with yellow stripes. He also wears a pair of dark-brown pants held up by a black belt with a silver buckle, and also wears brown work boots. As part of his safety equipment, he also wears a white hard hat on his head loosely secured to his head with an orange strap.

Personality[]

The contractor is a stern, dutiful construction worker who appropriately appears when power outages occur. While he is generally cool-headed in the face of difficulty, he mildly complains about the difficulty of his work and the complications caused by a poorly-planned wiring scheme. However, he has not been shown to have any malicious or selfish intentions due to his lack of involvement with any crimes. He is primarily concerned with the maintenance of buildings, trying to declare the television station a historic location.

History[]

Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]

Season one[]

The contractor worked at a construction site next door to the QTTT-TV television station in Atlanta, Georgia. On several occasions, he sent applications to the government to declare the station a historic landmark, as the building would receive municipal protection and maintenance. However, his attempts were repeatedly blocked by the station attorney, A.J. Dobbs, who wanted to deliberately shut down the station. The contractor first appeared to Mystery Inc. to fix a power outage in the radio station after his workers accidentally overloaded a breaker. He was found innocent for the ghost clown attacks after Mystery Inc. incriminated Dobbs as Pazzo the Ghost Clown.
