The constable is a law enforcement officer.
Physical appearance[]
The constable is an adult man with short black hair. He wears a brown hat with a white stripe around it, a light tan short sleeve with two breast pockets and a gold badge on his shoulder, brown shorts with a belt, matching brown shoes, socks and a wrist watch.
Personality[]
He was determined to catch the Horrible Houngan and is even very easily ticklish when the Houngan used a feather against a Voodoo Doll replica of him.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
He and the gang teamed up to chase after a voodoo priest nickname the Horrible Houngan, who stops to showcase a voodoo doll that was made to replicate him, which also effected the person physically when touched. The voodoo man used a feather to tickle his replica and it caused him to tumble backwards knocking the gang over, but during his escape, the voodoo man trips over and all of his doll replicas of the gang fall apart.
He was able to recover from the tickles just in time after the Houngan got help from unknown viewers to fix his voodoo doll replicas of the gang, and putted him under arrest thanks to Houngan's actual voodoo doll got placed in a cage.
