Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)

Con-artist unmasked.

She, along with her partner, were hired by the managers of the Bermuda Triangles to sabotage a match between them and the Nebraska Corndogs, so the Triangles would win. They did so by faking the appearance of a witch, with the con-artist wearing the costume while her accomplice controlled wires that made her appear to be able to fly, who would "curse" the Corndogs' players and make them fail and loose moral. The plan was however foiled and exposed by Mystery Inc., and the con-artist and her partner were presumably handed over to the local authorities for their crimes.
