Colonel Tom was the owner of an amusement park in Coolsville.
Physical appearance[]
Tom is a tall, middle-aged man with balding, gray hair and a beard. He wore circle lens glasses, a brown jacket over an orange shirt, green pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
He seemed nice and was kind enough to let Mystery Inc. into the amusement park to help solve the hauntings and find the missing jeweler. However, he turned out to be selfish and greedy. Wanting to steal the jewelers rubies and smuggle them out of the country.
History[]
Tom unmasked.
He was in a conversation with the gang at the entrance of the park, he explained to them about why he had to close the place down. They give them went in to investigate.
He was later seen as the culprit. Both him and a security guard went and kidnapped the jeweler and had him locked in a chest, they then took the rubies and glued them to the eyes of the carousel horses because they were planning on smuggling them out of the country.
He disguised himself as a pirate while the security guard went as a Cat Creature to scare people away from the amusement park and get it closed down, so they could finish their scheme. But it was then stopped by Mystery Inc. and the jeweler was saved and the rubies were recovered.
