Coco Diablo is a costume designer and criminal organization leader located in Coolsville. She infamously was the designer for most of the costumed monsters Mystery Inc. have faced in their career.
Physical appearance[]
Coco is a slender and fashionable young woman with brown skin and long white hair. She wears a maroon-red turtleneck sweater, gray pants with a black belt, black high-heeled boots, white gloves, and red glasses with green lenses. She also usually has a measuring tape around her shoulders.
Personality[]
Diablo was a prolific costume designer, though she fronted her business as a legitimate, family friendly establishment, she had a more twisted side, willingly selling her works to criminals who had ill-intentions, even gifting her costumes to those who promised to take down the Gang. She was shown to be very arrogant and narcissistic, proclaiming it was hard for her to like others. Though her organization often butted heads against The Gang, she did grow a soft spot for them, especially Velma, stating she was one of the very few people she ever got along with. She was also shown to be optimistic in a way, making the most out of her prison life, not letting it get to her.
Aside from Velma, the only person she showed affection towards was her talking cat, Esteban.

Trick or Treat Scooby-Doo![]
When the Gang tracked her down, they sent in Shaggy Rogers undercover to expose her. Though she kept up her front as a legitimate businesswoman at first, she quickly showed her true colors and was promptly arrested. During this process, Velma Dinkley was smitten by her and developed a deep crush on her. Diablo spent an entire year in solitude at Coolsville Penitentiary, though she made the most of her time there, practicing yoga to stay in shape.
She was paid a visit by the Gang, believing she was behind the Count Nefario attack at the Coolsville Halloween Fest. After she denied this, she joined them on their attempt to get to the bottom of the mystery, developing a sincere friendship with Velma. She eventually pinned the crime on her old business associate, Trevor Glume, a fellow costume designer, but after he proved innocent, Coco was nowhere to be seen. Suspecting her to be the culprit, the Gang traveled to her factory to arrest her, only to find that she was kidnapped and framed by Warden Collins, the warden at the prison she was detained in, as a gift to Mystery Inc. Once freed, the warden accidentally released every other detainee from the prison. After the prisoners were tied up and to-be arrested once again, the Gang tried to get them to empty all the candy they stole from children, but they refused. In an uncharacteristically kind move, Diablo used her 10,000 Volt Ghost suit to force all the prisoners to do so, before willingly being arrested once again.
