The coal mine exhibit was the first exhibit displayed at the Museum of Future Sciences. Impressively, the entire mine was transported intact from southern Illinois to Chicago where the museum is located.
Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]
When an unnamed janitor discovered gold disguised as parts of the U-boat exhibit, she attempted to steal the gold and smelt it into ingots in the coal mine. She disguised herself as the Technomancer to prevent others from interfering in her operations.
Mystery Inc. investigated the mine when they discovered that the Technomancer's robots had traces of coal on its soles. In the mine, they discovered evidence of gold, prompting them to investigate the U-boat submarine where gold is rumoured to have been lost.
