Clyde was the director at the camp where Shaggy Rogers was a counselor.
Physical appearance[]
He is a thin middle-aged man with brown hair. He wore a white shirt with a two-toned blue striped tie, green shorts with a black belt, black socks, and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Clyde is a nasty, evil and greedy guy who hated children. He also seemed to dislike Shaggy and Scooby-Doo and knew little about them. While Grey, Shaggy and the kids love the camp, he saw it as a way to make fortune by turning into a resort for stressed-out executives. His behavior was the main reason Shaggy actually helped with the scare after unmasking Grey. Clyde also is a complete coward and is very afraid of monsters; when he was confronted by six Toxic Terrors, Clyde panics, screams in terror and runs away.

Season three[]
While at the camp, Clyde made several changes to the camp as part of an overall plan to make more money by turning into a resort for adults only. He frequently blamed Shaggy and Scooby for damage caused by the Toxic Terror. He even tried to use the accidents as an excuse to close the camp down early which would further his goal. He eventually was run off by not one, but six Toxic Terrors. It's implied afterwards that he cancelled his idea for the resort.
