Premise[]

After the Phantom Virus puts a virus in the game, Scooby explores the only unlocked world, Classic Japan.

Synopsis[]

Level 1[]

Scooby plays level 1 of Classic Japan; which seems to take place outside some Japanese temple. Scooby eventually grabs the box of Scooby Snacks, which is next to a temple gate, beating the level.

Level 2[]

Scooby plays level 2 Classic Japan; which seems to take place inside some kind of a Japanese dojo. Scooby eventually grabs the box of Scooby Snacks, which is next to some samurai armor.

Level 3 (Boss)[]

Scooby encounters one of the Phantom Virus' main bosses, the Shogun Boss. Fred deduces that defeating him should allow Scooby to get out of Japan. The Phantom Virus uses the gang's communication system to taunt Scooby saying he can try and defeat this boss but, won't succeed. Velma gave some advice to Scooby which included, paying attention to the warrior's patterns, and avoiding his attacks until Scooby gets a "chance" to attack back with a pie, she figured out that three pies should be enough to defeat the Shogun Boss. Phase One: The Shogun Boss jumps to the end of the arena within one of the four rows before summoning spinning columns of fire in every row he's not in; Afterwards he slashes forward toward Scooby before acting confused giving Scooby a CHANCE to attack him. If Scooby does not attack the Shogun Boss in this phase the Shogun Boss repeats his attack cycle. Phase Two: The Shogun Boss jumps to the end of the arena within one of the four rows before summoning spinning columns of fire in every row he's not in; Afterwards he slashes forward toward Scooby before acting confused. Next, the Shogun Boss runs up and tries to slash at Scooby before jumping to the center row, within the back end of the arena, and laughing giving Scooby a CHANCE to attack him. If Scooby does not attack the Shogun Boss in this phase the Shogun Boss repeats his attack cycle. Final Phase: The Shogun Boss takes up a defensive stance, a similar stance the Samurais use, and slowly approaches Scooby if he gets close enough he violently slashes at him however, he ends the third series of slashes with a jump slash but the impact with the ground causes him to rapidly vibrate giving Scooby a CHANCE to attack him. If Scooby does not attack the Shogun Boss in this phase the Shogun Boss repeats his attack cycle. Defeat: The Shogun Boss is defeated, and the box of Scooby Snacks floats down to the center of the arena. Daphne congratulates Scooby and grabs the box beating both the level and Classic Japan and unlocking the next level, Ancient Rome.
