Clancy Brown is an American screen and voice actor, best known for playing the Kurgan in the film Highlander, and for providing the voices of Lex Luthor on Superman: The Animated Series, and Mr. Krabs on SpongeBob Squarepants (starring Tom Kenny as the title character).
