The Circus Strongman has the appearance of a muscular, bald man wearing a sleeveless shirt.
Personality[]
The Circus Strongman doesn't show much of a personality. They do seem like brutes laughing whenever they land an attack and block attacks with their cymbals.

The Circus Strongmen are animatronics made by Monstrous Fright and Magic using a mubber skin and used for a variety of tasks and one was displayed in the Monstrous Fright and Magic building. Scooby-Doo can encounter these haywire Circus Strongmen at the Water Park and Circus Tent.
