The President of Conglomco Candy had set up his chocolate factory on a piece of land in the Amish country, but the chocolate he made had been tasting foul, bitter, and inedible. Eventually he became jealous of Jebediah Johannsen's own fame for his own delicious chocolate that he decided to steal Jedediah’s secret recipe to use it for his own candy by disguised himself as Ezekiel's Ghost to scare Jebediah and other people away from Jebediah's farm so that he could steal the recipe. He made himself glow by using leftover glow-in-the-dark candy that he had made.[1]

Davis disguised himself as the Chocolate Phantom to sabotage the Chocolate Art Show. The Chocolate Phantom got trapped when the monster was led to the top of a chocolate volcano with chocolate lava in it, then the volcano got activated, where the Chocolate Phantom got trapped in a pile of chocolate wax.
