History
The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show
Season one
He was angry when Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo tried to eat there, because his policy was "no dogs allowed." He chased the trio around until Scrappy splatted him with pastry dough he mixed up himself. The chef loved it and decided to permit the dogs to cook in his kitchen. (Scooby Gumbo)
