History
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Season one
After Scooby-Doo was dognapped, Shaggy frantically ran up to Charlie asking for any vehicle he could borrow, in a hurry, saying it was an emergency. Charlie replied that he only had a scooter, which he let Shaggy borrow to chase down the dognappers. Shaggy yelled a thanks to him, as he drove away.
