Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated[]

Season one[]

Spartan gave him the nickname, "Cachinga", because it would sound better when he told the stories of his adventures, to have a native guide instead of "a dude with a spear." Charles seemed annoyed about this, so he was a possible suspect to be the Headless Horror. After Rick was sent to the hospital following an attack, Charles was briefly arrest by the sheriff after the Mystery Incorporated gang told him he was the monster. He was later released after Marion was captured and exposed as the real culprit. (Attack of the Headless Horror)

Season two[]

Charles remained with Spartan even after his separation with Marion. The two returned to Crystal Cove to help the gang capture and unmask the Gluten Demon. For most of the mystery, he was paired off with Daphne and Velma. He was glad to see Spartan in high spirits when Marion agreed to a reconciliation, and the two departed from town afterward.
