The Cat Creature was the disguise of the Security guard.
Physical appearance[]
It's a red cat monster with yellow sclera eyes, claws, whiskers and sharp teeth.
Personality[]
It's hostile towards people who wander the abandoned amusement park, and it's also shown to be sneaky as it will stalk it's victims and attack them at any time.

The Security guard unmasked.
The creature was seen near the fun house watching the gang wonder into the park, but later sat still like a statue when getting inspected by Fred, who commented on how life-like it was.
It later showed up in the fun house hiding in one of the spots where the mirrors were, along with a pirate they jumped out and scared Shaggy and Scooby. The pirate went after the two while the cat Creature stayed behind and went after Fred and the girls.
It then jumped out at them when they found the missing jeweler inside a treasure chest located at an undersea ride and chased them around the park, he came close to catching them until the pirate, who had been chasing Shaggy and Scooby for awhile. Crashed on top of him, knocking themselves out do to Shaggy accidentaly turning off the carousel ride.
The villains were unmasked revealing them to be the security guard and the parks owner, Colonel Tom. They had kidnapped the jeweler and took his rubies and had them glued to the carousel horses eyes so they could smuggle them out of the country.
