The cardinal works at Notre Dame.
Physical appearance[]
The Cardinal is a elderly man with gray hair connected to a beard. He wears a white robe with a red scarf hanging over his shoulders and a yellow and red mitre.
Personality[]
He was shown to be frightened about Quasimodo's "supposed" return and was later generous on rewarding the gang after catching two thieves that robbed a bank.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
He called the gang over to Notre Dame to come investigate the alleged return of the hunchback himself, Quasimodo. He also explained about a recent bank robbery and the thieves responsible were last seen in the cathedral. Quasimodo soon came in at 1'O clock during his explanation and scared him and the tourist away.
He later showed up after the gang caught the two thieves, which one of them was impersonated the hunchback to scare people off so they could take the loot undetected. He then awarded the gang with a box of french goodies, Frog Paws, Snail esscaro and some others. (Much to the denial of Shag and Scoob do to it all being gross).
