Porter is an adult man with brown hair and a mustache. He is only seen wearing his disguise of One-Eyed Matt's ghost.

Porter was very greedy, and couldn't think why people wanted to make the treaure an museum exhibit.

When Porter heard that they were just going to exhibit the treasure of the Red Ryan in a museum, he used the One-Eyed Matt costume to scare people away so he could get to the treasure, melt it down, and sell it before the museum took it.
But it all failed when Mystery Inc. came along and put a stop to his greedy plans.
