Karnby is an adult man with balding, black hair which is connected to a beard. He is shown with a yellow pie cigar in his mouth and is only wearing his Swamp Creature costume.

He was a corrupt man, who wanted to open up his restaurant business in a illegal way.

Karnby unmasked.
He needed land for his restaurant and decided to terrorize a swamp by dressing up as a creature. To scare people away so he would by the land for his restaurant.
When he tried to scare Mystery Inc. away, the whole thing backfired which led to them all having a food fight instead. He was able to get the upper hand against them, but it soon came to an end when he slipped on a Banana peel during his attempt on taking out Shaggy.
