When the camp was attacked by the Toxic Terror, Shaggy and Scooby, along with the kids in their cabin, worked to solve the case. Once they learned it was Grey trying to prevent the greedy director Clyde from turning the place into a resort of executives, they decided to help with the scare. After scaring Clyde away, it's likely that he cancelled his idea for a resort.
