C.L. Magnus is a middle-aged man with brown hair. He wears black shoes, grey dress pants, a white dress shirt, and a light brown tie. At home, he wears a light brown dinner jacket with dark brown cuffs and lapels.

Personality​

Magnus is a very childish man, when the Ghost of Redbeard began stealing the ships he just complained and stomped around Oceanland whining in a childish manner.

When he was question by Fred and Daphne he said he was just stomping around because his boats were being stolen and claimed to be afraid of water.

C.L. Magnus unmasked.

C.L Magnus used the disguise of Ghost of Redbeard to sink his own ships to get the insurance on them. When Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc., Mystery Inc. were able to catch him ending his insurance scheme.
