Bruce is a young boy with brown hair and wears glasses with thick black frames.
Personality[]
He acted as a mild-mannered, poised, and seemingly graceful second-place loser to Velma Dinkley.
However, when he was exposed to have been controlling Velma's robot to commit crimes and frame her, he was revealed to have been jealous of her, sick and tired of playing second fiddle to her all the time.

Bruce is revealed as the culprit.
He entered his Fountain-pen spatula in the Coolsville Junior High School Brain Club Science Show, and won second place.
He praised Velma on her invention, the Dinkley 2000, and claimed to be her biggest fan (before realizing that he was the second-biggest after Scooby-Doo). He became upset when he saw his pencil case in her locker and relinquished his previous interest.
The Scooby-Doo Detective Agency revealed he was tired of always being number two, so he decided to get Velma suspended with her own robot. Mr. Mortorn planned on having a long talk with Bruce's parents, which suggested that the headmaster was not going to discipline Bruce. Instead, it would be up to the Wormsley family to figure out whatever punishment should be served.
