Physical appearance[]
Boris is a bald man with a single strand of black hair and pointy ears. He wore an all black outfit with a cape and collar.
Personality[]
He was a relatively bored person who also showed to be creative and prepared when he rigged an entire abandoned town for the sake of scaring people.
History[]
He retired from being an actor and became bored, but one day he decided to rig an entire town with props and traps to frighten people to overcome his boredom. He also dressed as a vampire that would later be nicknamed "The Spook" and used wires to fly around, and even projected himself that gets triggered through mirrors.
He eventually gotten a taste of his own medicine after Scooby scared him back for doing it to the gang. Things were forgiven however and he decided to reward everyone with some soda at the stands.
