Physical appearance[]
Boris is an adult man with flat black hair and a small mustache. He wore a white lab coat over a matching shirt, black pants and white shoes.
Personality[]
He seemed both crazy and greedy, making a potion to make things small and grow large so he could use it on drivers to make them small enough to fit in cages and make his pet eagle big enough to carry away cars to be sold later at a used car lot. He did seem to also get easily scared and quit what he was doing after Scooby turned giant and startled him.
History[]
Scooby Doo... Where Are You! (Charlton Comics)[]
He concoct a scheme to steal cars and later sell them for money after building a used car lot. He created a special potion that can both shrink things or make them much larger in size, which he used on his pet eagle by making them big enough to carry away cars that drove by his secret lab in Dead Man's Drive, then he would shrink the driver and place them in cages.
His eagle soon targeted the gang and took them to the lab, where he reveals himself and explains his plans for getting rich selling cars. Unbeknownst to him, Scooby, who was trying to find a drink after having way to many hamburgers, found one of his potions (not realizing it was actually a growth formula) and drinked it. Scooby then grew to a very large rate, and in an instant, he growled at Boris after noticing him threatening his friends, which was enough to make him stop what he was doing and turned all the drivers to normal size, and then he was arrested by the local sheriff.
