This episode returns to how I felt in Episode 1. Meh. It's okay, but I feel like it was too obvious who the villian was, and there wasn't any real laughs for me. Also, I love that Magilla was in it, but I think he was underused, unlike how they did such a great job with the funky phantom in Episode 2.
