I'm not sure how you're expecting that to happen, but if you mean simplicity, Fred referred to past events {{DTV24}}. It pretty much explained that everything a lot of it has happened despite the errors. When the [[Hex Girls]] appeared in {{DTV5}} and ''[[What's New, Scooby-Doo?]]'' it was creating a thread. ''WNSD'' also created a thread back to ''Pup''.

I wouldn't mind if they threw in an Uncle Albert reference, but I'm not that bothered, since it's so detached, it could be considered its own separate universe. It could also be considered that the main timeline split into two when ''Get a Clue'' was made. I don't know, but it's so time consuming discussing what happened, if it happened, when it happened.

I'm not sure how you're expecting that to happen, but if you mean simplicity, Fred referred to past events in Scooby-Doo! and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery. It pretty much explained that everything a lot of it has happened despite the errors. When the Hex Girls appeared in Scooby-Doo! and the Legend of the Vampire and What's New, Scooby-Doo? it was creating a thread. WNSD also created a thread back to Pup.

I wouldn't mind if they threw in an Uncle Albert reference, but I'm not that bothered, since it's so detached, it could be considered its own separate universe. It could also be considered that the main timeline split into two when Get a Clue was made. I don't know, but it's so time consuming discussing what happened, if it happened, when it happened.
