He is a serious and dedicated crime-fighter, often annoyed by Dynomutt's many blunders.
History

With the help of the gang he stopped the criminal Mr. Hyde, who was turning people into monsters.[1]

- Radley Crown, a wealthy art dealer, is the civilian identity of the Blue Falcon, although this isn't made aware to Mystery Inc.
- He is a parody of Batman, particularly the incarnation played by Adam West in the 1960s live-action Batman TV series. This was referenced in the Scooby-Doo! Team-Up story It Was a Dark and Gritty Knight..., as well as the story being dedicated to West.

He first appeared in Dynomutt, Dog Wonder the second half of The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour. He was later adapted into the Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated universe, along with Dynomutt.
