Bloom Innovative is a corporation in inventing highly sophisticated and advanced technology owned by Carol, the CEO who pretended to be a student at Ridge Valley High School, which it was sponsoring and to further her own company and ideas by kidnapping the students and stealing their own ideas, leaving them in a near vegetable-like state (which can somehow be undone). To keep her cover as a student, she made the hard-based hologram of Tobias Bloom.
