Blondie Girl Productions is a production company formed in 2010 by Ashley Tisdale. By 2012 or 2013, her older sister, Jennifer Tisdale, joined her as producer. It produced the Freeform series Young & Hungry. The Tisdales chose to produce Daphne & Velma after looking at Warner Bros. intellectual property, seeking to portray the girls of the Scooby-Doo franchise as more than sidekicks to the boys.
