Billy Ray Cyrus is an American country singer-songwriter and actor, perhaps best known for the song "Achy Breaky Heart". He starred in the Pax TV show Doc, and then more famously co-starred with his daughter, Miley, in the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana.
