Billy Bohannon was one of the owners of a circus, along with his brother Barty.
Physical appearance[]
Billy is a thin man with brown hair and a long nose. He wore a blue short sleeve shirt, white pants and long yellow shoes.
Personality[]
He was a terrible owner who mistreated animals at their circus, but after most of them were bought over to the City Zoo, he got determined to get them back, with the method of spreading fear to visitors in an attempt to avoid getting caught.
History[]
Billy and his brother Barty ran a circus, plus the City Zoo, where they had a bunch of animals they mistreated. The zoo was later bought over by the gang's friend Scott McFadden, but soon got determined to steal the animals back.
The two of them stole two vampire bats and later wore disguises to scare people away, making them think actually vampires were let loose in the zoo. They also used unicycles hidden underneath their robes to give the illusion that they were flying around, despite leaving obvious tire tracks behind.

The two brothers were eventually caught after the gang's assistants with the zoo's many animals, ironically being the ones who were originally from their circus, and they were both tied up by Rocco and the other spider monkeys, before being handed to the authorities after the gang exposed their scheme.
