History

Season three

The gang met him while looking for clues. He explained that he owns the property that the space center was built on. He also said that he was angered by the space center, because he thought it was too close to where his cows were located. Billy Bob didn't really think it was bad that the Astronaut Ghost was haunting the place. After the gang spoke to him, Shaggy mentioned that he talked like the ghost, making him a possible suspect.
