He's a tall man with a chubby-looking face, wears a white fedora, pants, jacket with a pink tie and black shoes.
Personality[]
He's quite threatening and not very gullible when Scooby disguised himself. He's also rude when his partner blamed him for their capture telling him to shut it.

Season three[]
He and the small thug ambushed the trio trying to steal the Maltese Mackerel. He fell with Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo when he stepped on a broken ladder while the small thug got the mackerel from Scrappy-Doo.
The trio took back the mackerel taking turns holding it, the big thug chased Scooby to a crate where he posed as a hot mackerel stand, he didn't buy it and lunged for him only for the canine to escape. He and the small thug got in a crate to follow the trio only to find that the crate they were in was carried to the police. The small thug blamed the big thug who told him to shut up.

- He is a parody of Kasper Gutman, played by Sydney Greenstreet in the 1941 Film Noir The Maltese Falcon.
