Big Bob McCallister was the owner of a mining company.
Physical appearance[]
Big Bob McCallister is a large, heavyset man of late middle age, with gray hair and a mustache. In his first appearance, he wore a purple jacket with a darker purple highlight and stars on the shoulders, as well as a bolo tie adorned with a gold pendant. He also wore a purple cowboy hat, purple pants, and black shoes.
In his second appearance, he wore a similar outfit, albeit with different colours. He wore a pink jacket, with identical darker highlights over a white collared shirt. He also wore a bolo string tie with an ornamental silver slide, inlaid with a turquoise gem. He also wore a white cowboy hat, a pair of grey pants held up by a black belt, and light brown shoes.
Personality[]
McCallister is a man motivated by greed, as he sought to acquire land for mining using criminal means. Mystery Inc. suspected him for the dinosaur attacks because of his eagerness to take advantage of the situation, though he was later found to not be responsible for the crime. Mystery Inc. was more trusting of McCallister in his second appearance as he presented himself as a caring person seeking to visit his mother. However, he was later revealed to be deceitful after he was found guilty of this crime.

Season one[]
When Weird Al Yankovic's accordion camp in the Rocky Mountains was attacked by a dinosaur, McCallister attempted to purchase the land from him for his mining operations. McCallister spoke with Yankovic at the campgrounds, where he attempted to persuade him into selling the land, but his offer was refused. McCallister gloated that the camp would close anyways and drove away, leading Mystery Inc. to suspect him for posing as the dinosaur.
However, McCallister was found to not be responsible for the attacks as Mystery Inc. incriminated fossil hunters Pete and Pete for posing as dinosaurs.
Season two[]
McCallister moved away from Arizona to facilitate a scheme at Eastside Hospital, where he disguised himself as the Phineas Phrag Monster to terrorize the hospital and drill the land for oil. His disguise was based on the local legend of Dr. Phineas Phrag, a doctor who mysteriously disappeared at the hospital after testing an experimental cure on himself. Posing as Phrag's ghost, McCallister terrorized the hospital and successfully forced it to close. When Mystery Inc. found McCallister roaming the abandoned crime scene, McCallister falsely claimed that he was visiting the hospital to see his mother, but she was evacuated to another hospital when the hospital closed. Mystery Inc. helped McCallister leave the crime scene on a taxi, but McCallister pointed them to a suspect, Dr. Wheeler.

McCallister was, however, captured as the monster after a physical struggle against Mystery Inc. and Kristen Schaal, ending with him being tied to his own coring drill with Schaal's whip. McCallister was then unmasked, exposed for his crimes and handed over to authorities for his crimes.
