Dr. Bela Guisol is a mad scientist.
Physical appearance[]
Bela Guisol is an adult man with black hair and a round goatee beard. He is never shown in person other then there being a picture of him on a dart board.
Personality[]
He is equally as evil as Dr. Peter Errol. But, Dr. Errol claims that he gives mad scientists like him and Yugor a bad name. That is why he orders people never to utter Dr. Guisol's name within his own castle. Another thing Dr. Errol does to illustrate his hatred towards Dr. Guisol is to throw darts at a picture of him on the dartboard in his own laboratory.

Because he was Dr, Peter Errol's rival in mad science, he was a potential suspect to be the Moat-Thing. However, he turned out to be innocent.
