- Front cover: The gang; Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers in the foreground, Velma Dinkley, Daphne Blake, and Fred Jones far off in the background.
- Back cover: Scooby frightened in the arms of a likewise Shaggy, standing next to the Mystery Machine with Velma, Daphne, and Fred inside, and the then yet to appear Space Kook. Behind them is the Ghost of Elias Kingston and Elias Kingston University.
- The US DVD was originally to be subtitled "Season 1, Part 1", before being changed to "Spooky Kooky Fun!" Although, the former still appears on the spine.
