Scrappy was tasked to keep on eye on the hot dog stand while Fred and the rest went to take care of Biff's UFO problem, and ordered a hot dog from the stand. Even getting hired by the owner, Baron Von Schnitzel, as his assistant. Only to eat all the hot dogs when he wasn't looking.
