Bane was the impersonation disguise of Mac Vennie.
Physical appearance[]
Much like his actual self, "Bane" was a tall and large muscular man dressed in a tight black suit with a tank top, gloves, boots and a white belt. His face is covered by a black and white mask with red eyes, but unlike the real Bane that used a venom tank hooked to his back, Mac used a tank filled with a sports drink that enhanced his strength, though temporarily.
Personality[]
He was rather determined, and went a bit too far as he demanded information on the Lazarus pits, despite the fact Bane wouldn't really need them.
History[]
The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries[]
While Ra's Al Ghul's League of Shadows were busy trying to cover up one of the Lazarus pits after hearing reports of an outsider nearby, "Bane" appeared out of nowhere and abducted him and ran off.
"Bane" would then take Ra's around different parts of the world in search for information on one of the hidden Lazarus pits, they first went to Venice, Italy and he takes him to the Church of San Giacomo Di Rialto (after spotting the Dark Knight, Huntress and Mystery Inc.) where he didn't pay attention to him leaving behind one of his tie clips he gotten from Talia Al Ghul as a fathers day gift during a visit to Cairo, Egypt.
After placing Ra's on a seat in the Lost City of Aten Luxor Egypt in Cairo, he was sneak attacked by Batman, who Ra's was expecting, and threw him off, but thanks to his tank being broken, he was quickly outnumbered and tied up by the gang and Huntress.
Mac "The Mad Mummy" Vennie unmasked.
Bane would then be unmasked twice, first revealing the fake mummy they encountered earlier, and then the actual culprit, Mac Vennie. Mac was an old time wrestler who went by the Mad Mummy, and he needed the nearby Lazarus pits to enhance his strength to make a comeback in wrestling.
