Bane is a supervillain who lives in Gotham City's No Man's Land.

Physical appearance

Bane is a large muscular Latin American male. His signature attire is a luchador wrestling outfit consisting of a sleeveless black body suit, grey tights, lace up boots, fingerless gloves, and a black mask with a white outline of a face and red eyes. He wears large steel bracelets, one of which controls his supply of venom; a tube containing the green liquid runs from that cuff to his mask.

Personality

Bane is dedicated, skillful, and highly intelligent. His excellent strategic ability is potent when combined with physical strength.

Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold

Bane and Blockbuster approached the Mystery Machine after it crashed into an alley in No Man's Land. Though Batman intended to fight them off, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo took over and fooled the villains by pretending that they were late to a tailgating party. At the opportune moment, Shaggy squirted mustard in Bane's face while Scooby squirted relish into Blockbuster's face. With the villains temporarily blinded by the condiments, Batman and Mystery Inc. were able to escape.
