Like Velma, she also has brown hair and wears glasses. She also wears a purple jacket.
Personality[]
Thelma is dedicated to her job. She loves the marine institute's dolphin, Skipper, very much, and is rather concerned for her safety and the other dolphins that were stolen. Like Velma, she also seems to know what might be what.

She called the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency over to the institute when she realized her dolphins were beginning to disappear. One of them, Skipper, was also taken.
