Arlene Wilcox is a citizen of Salem, and a friend of the gang.

Arlene is a young woman with long, dusty blonde hair. She wears a blue turtleneck sweater, a light blue jacket, blue pants, and blue shoes.
Personality[]
The thought of her long dead ancestor rising from the grave scared her very much, which is understandable. As she had no knowledge of her twin sister, she was shocked to learn of her existence but did not seem angry at her.

She was suspected of being possessed by her look-a-like ancestor, who was accused of being a witch by the people of her town, but she was being framed by her twin sister, with the help of the graveyard caretaker Gar Mooney.

- Why and how Arlene never knew of her sister's existence is not explained. It makes the viewer wonder what kind of family drama the Wilcox family went through.
- As Velma notes in To Switch a Witch, Arlene's birthday is sometime in October and that makes it impossible for her to be a Gemini -- this is true, as Geminis are born anywhere from May 21st to June 20th (the late spring/early summer) while people who're born in October would either be Libras (born anywhere from September 23rd to October 22nd) or Scorpios (born anywhere from October 23rd to November 21st).
- The word "Gemini" means "twins" in Latin which means it was more than likely used as a code for Arlene being one of a set of twins. It has nothing to do with her astrological sign. This likely confused Velma at first but the gang eventually figured it out in the end.
- While Arlene's birthday is stated as being in October, it's never specified when in October it is -- since her debut episode was technically a Halloween-episode, it's possible that Arlene's birthday could be close to Halloween (which is on October 31st), which in turn would (most likely) mean that she's a Scorpio.
