Arkham Cemetery is the local burial ground of Gotham City, built right beside Arkham Asylum.

Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold

Batman and Mystery Inc. investigated Arkham Cemetery for clues after fighting their way out of Crimson Cloak's jailbreak at Arkham Asylum. Following a clue from the Riddler, they found a crypt with a purple question mark painted over the door. Shaggy Rogers believed there was a ghost inside when the door was opened, but it turned out to be nothing more than a puff of smoke. The crypt was empty, save for a small piece of torn lab coat pinned to the wall - an apparent reference to Leo Scarlett's torn lab coat - and an unusual muddy footprint. The footprint was frozen by Batman to preserve it for future analysis.

When they went to leave, Batman and the gang found that the Mystery Machine had been opened by Detective Harvey Bullock, who obtained a search warrant to do so. Upon the arrival of the other Mystery Analysts of Gotham, Batman and Mystery Inc. were blamed for the riot in Arkham Asylum; the stolen Isotope 26 container was soon found in their van by Detective Chimp. Batman and the gang unsuccessfully tried to reason that they were being framed and were forced to escape when Bullock and the other Mystery Analysts tried to arrest them. Throwing a smoke grenade, they got in the Mystery Machine and sped off into Gotham City with Scooby-Doo behind the wheel.
