Arin the Windy is a legendary surfer.
Physical appearance[]
Arin is an adult man with blond hair with a white streak. He wears a red short sleeve buttoned up shirt and blue swim shorts.
Personality[]
He seemed very tired as he was going to go take a nap and was too old to go surfing, but it was later revealed he was very secure about his surfing record and didn't want people to beat it.
He did however had a change of heart after decided to train and show people how to surf.

He greeted Fred along with Makani before heading off to take a nap as he says that he was to old to surf anymore. Mainly just to avoid helping out with an entity made of lava terrozing the local surfing tournament in Hawaii.
Arin unmasked.
He was later revealed as the monster the whole time, even though he was to old to continue surfing, he didn't want to have people beating his record. So he used the Lava Monster to terrorize and scare off surfers.
In the end, he apologized for his actions after Fred gave him an idea in teaching people how to surf, which he agreed as an a million dollar choice.
