Scoobypedia

The antique buyer was visiting the Coolsville Antiques Auction.

Physical appearance[]

The buyer is a tall man with green eyes, and short flat brown hair, and the front is slicked upwards. He wore a purple turtleneck sweater.

Personality[]

The buyer at first seemed to be a curious guy, as he was just visiting the Auction house asking people like Velma questions about their respective antiques and the possible worth. However, he was actually a greedy hoarder, stealing people's antiques and hiding them in a closet so he could access it later to get a good deal selling them, or to just flat out keep it.

History[]

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? (DC Comics)[]

The antique buyer met Velma while in a line up to the expert. He curiously asked her about her vase, which was a family heirloom from her Great-Auntie Zelda, which she replies saying that its not for sale and that she was just heading to get it appraised. The buyer was never seen again afterwards even before or after various attacks from an antique-stealing Djinn.

However, it was revealed that he happened to be the auction house thief. After hearing that nobody in the place knew of the prices of their respective antiques, he took it as an opportunity to disguise himself as a Djinn to scare them away so he could steal and hide them in a closet while using lamp protectors to cover the room in smoke in order to cover up his tracks, and when he was finished, he would later sell some for a price or just keep it in his collection. He was shortly escorted out by security and the family heirloom he asked Velma about turned out to be counterfeited.
