He was the most feared ruler in all of ancient Egypt (as well as the richest).

He claimed that if he was removed from his tomb he would bring a petrification curse to those responsible. This was proven wrong, however.

In the 20th century, he was removed from his tomb, and was taken to an exhibit recreation at the Department of Archeology in the United States.
