Amelia Ruth Blake, better known by her epithet Ginger Fuzz, was an ancestor of Daphne Blake and pirate hunter.

Physical appearance[]

Ginger Fuzz was depicted as a thin woman with orange hair and a fake mustache, posing as a man. She also wore a crimson wide-brimmed hat and black mask. She also wore a crimson jacket with white cuffs, crimson pants, and black boots.

History[]

Early life[]

Ginger Fuzz posed as a man to captain her own ship, as women were superstitiously deemed bad luck if allowed on ships. She ambushed Half-Beard as he was hiding his treasure in Double-Cross Cove. She defeated Half-Beard, tied her to an anchor, and sunk him into deep water, where he drowned to his death. However, his treasure remained undiscovered for centuries, left at the bottom of a deep pool.

Season two[]

While investigating Half-Beard's ghost, Mystery Inc. found Ginger Fuzz's handbag, sword, and fake mustache, proving her existence as a historical figure. Daphne, Ginger Fuzz's descendant, used the sword to challenge the ghost to a battle.
