When she was questioned by GSI and Mystery Inc, she said that she was working on several projects at Ocean Land like saving endangered fish, working on advanced ship construction for C.L. Magnus, and is studying synthetic fish.

The synthetic fish that Alicia was studying at high temperatures it makes a gas which causes nightmarish delusions and when Alicia was exposed to these gases during her reach it made her think and dress up as the Ghost of Redbeard. When Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were tasked with solving the case, Mystery Inc. were able to stop her insane plans.
