Season one[]

Viggi worked for the Pompeii Historic Tourist Bureau, guiding tourists throughout the historic city of Pompeii. She was first seen giving Mystery Inc. a tour of the city during the day. When asked about the alleged zombie gladiator attacks in the area, she dismissed the claims as rumours, but warned Mystery Inc. to avoid the city at night. Despite this, they went against her warnings and returned to the city at night, encountering the monster.

Viggi later gave Mystery Inc. a tour of Mount Vesuvius upon their request. However, she did not take them to the volcano's mouth, warning of the dangers at the top of the volcano. However, when Mystery Inc. refused to heed her warnings, she angrily left. Velma suspected her for attempting to stop them from investigating the mountain. However, she was not found guilty of any crimes after Mystery Inc. incriminated Scungimondo Corporation vice president Ugo DiRinaldi for posing as the gladiator. Upon capturing the culprit, Mystery Inc. summoned Viggi, who arrived at the crime scene with authorities to arrest DiRinaldi and his accomplice.
