History
The Scooby-Doo Show
Season one
They were performing a new song based on an ancient voodoo chant when Mamba Wamba appeared on stage, causing Lila to vanish.
The rest of the band and the gang headed down to Maison Dupree where they helped look for clues, but they all vanished one by one.
They were brought before Mamba Wamba, where he forced Alex to sign a parchment promising to never sing the chant again. Shaggy and Scooby freed them while Mamba Wamba and his zombies pursued them and met up with the others after escaping them.
They captured the Mamba Wamba who turned out to be their manager Roger who wanted to scare them into signing away the band rights to the money for the song.
They celebrated inside afterwards with the gang.[2]
Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy
While there was no indication that the band broke-up after Lila's betrayal, they did, in fact, break up after this.[1]

Notes/trivia
- In Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy, Fred refers to Roger as a music producer, instead of the band's manager.
