Agent #12 was the codename of a man employed by Dr. Phineus Phibes.
Physical appearance[]
Agent 12 is a fairly tall and slightly obese man with a few freckles on his face. He wears a gray suit with a matching hood. Along with the suit he wears a white pin with the number 12 written in black on it on the left side of his chest, a black belt with a round gold buckle, black gloves and goggles with dark brown lenses.

Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue![]
Season one[]
He was one of the agents too afraid to tell Dr. Phibes they hadn't found Dr. Albert Shaggleford and his nanotech formula, leaving it to Agent 3.
He and Agent 11 were on guard duty at the submarine's lower chamber as it was about to drown Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo. When Scooby had taken an invisible Scooby Snack, Shaggy cried to the agents that he had got loose and was armed and dangerous. When they checked on them, Scooby knocked them out by slamming their heads together.[1]
Phibes ordered him to replant the homing beacon (instead of telling the agents who had set it up before directly). When Phibes needed his laser ready for use in time to melt a glacier, in Mount Zeryodelwietzen, over an anti-global warming conference (headed by someone who had insulted him once), Agent 12, along with Agents 4 and 7, assured him that he could count on them to get it done.[2]
Season two[]
When Uncle Albert's cover had been blown as Dr. Phibes's loyal scientist, Shaggy and Scooby had to rescue him. Dr. Phibes ended up escaping setting a timed detonation for his lair, leaving his operatives behind. Scooby used a special super speed Scooby Snack and rescued everyone. The day may have been saved, but that didn't spare them from the police arriving.[3]
