A

A. Fong unmasked.

He used golden masks to hide his shipping dates and had them sent for him from outside the country. One of them was accidently sent to a curio shop and bought by Daphne Blake. He sent his disguised henchmen to get it back, but they were thrawted by Scooby-Doo. The gang then went to him (the only oriental art dealer in town) to see if he knew why the zombie pair wanted it. He tried to scare them with a story that the mask had been stolen from Zen Tuo's crypt and he wanted it back. He then sent his henchmen after them resulting in a car chase which ended with Daphne kidnapped and the mask stolen.
